Shipping

Following your order confirmation, items are shipped within three business days depending on the time of order. Since Birth is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. Since Birth is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create.

International Shipping Rates

Calculated by weight and destination. Each county has different fees and pricing and cost associated with shipping.

No, we will not commit tax fraud on your behalf and mark the value of your package lower so you save $5 in import fees... Do not ask.

 

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Since Birth team does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
